What “applied” means in this tool
A job counts as applied only when the submission is actually complete and the record includes the application date. Use the “Record application sent today” action if you just submitted it.
- Applied: submission done and logged.
- Follow-up: submission done and a follow-up is scheduled.
- Interview / Offer: still applied, now in later stages.
